Open the app, tap the "PRO" button in the top bar, scroll down to the pricing screen, and tap "Restore purchases". Your subscription will be restored if you have an active subscription linked to your Apple ID.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad, find FunBox Kids, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Yes! FunBox Kids is designed with children's safety as our top priority. The app has no social features, no user accounts, no external links, no data collection, and all ads are family-safe and non-personalized. We fully comply with COPPA and GDPR regulations.
FunBox Kids is designed for children ages 3 and up. The games range from simple tap-based activities (perfect for ages 3-4) to more challenging puzzles and memory games (great for ages 5+).
The free version includes 7 mini-games: Balloon Pop, Memory Game, Color Sort, Number Match, Coloring, Fruit Slice, and Catch It. Premium unlocks 4 additional games (Puzzle, Shape Match, Piano, and Maze), removes all ads, and gives 2x daily reward bonuses.
Try these steps: (1) Close and reopen the app, (2) Restart your device, (3) Make sure your iOS is updated to the latest version, (4) Delete and reinstall the app (your subscription will be preserved). If the issue persists, please email us with a description of the problem.
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the FunBox Kids purchase, and submit a refund request.
