By downloading, installing, or using FunBox Kids ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian downloading the App for a child, you agree to these terms on behalf of your child.
FunBox Kids is a children's educational mini-game collection designed for children ages 3 and older. The App offers a collection of interactive games including Balloon Pop, Memory Game, Color Sort, Number Match, Coloring, Fruit Slice, Catch It, Puzzle, Shape Match, Piano, and Maze.
FunBox Kids is intended for children ages 3 and older. Children should use the App under parental supervision. By using the App, you confirm that you are either (a) a parent or legal guardian of a child user, or (b) an adult user.
FunBox Kids offers both free and premium content. Free users have access to 7 games with advertisements. Premium subscribers gain access to all 11 games, an ad-free experience, and bonus rewards.
FunBox Kids offers two auto-renewable subscription options: Monthly Premium at $4.99 per month and Yearly Premium at $24.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process. We do not directly handle payment processing or refunds.
All content in FunBox Kids, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, game mechanics, and code, is the intellectual property of FunBox Kids and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FunBox Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
